Healthy Habits

Hand hygiene is essential. Please help your child get in the habit of washing their hands with soap and water. Hand sanitizer can be used if soap/water is unavailable. 
Establish a proper bedtime and wake-up time to ensure your child has adequate and consistent sleep. 
Please provide a balanced breakfast before school. Children who eat breakfast have more energy and are able to participate in school activities. 
Avoid close contact with people who are sick. Please have your child stay home from school if they are not feeling well. 
Please review with your child about being respectful of other people's belongings and personal space. 
Communication is key. Please keep an open line of communication and do not hesitate to contact me with any questions/concerns that you might have.
